Mine is strange I get about 70fps without opengl and about 20 with opengl and the textures and quality went to hell. I thought I post and ask here before bugging everyone in IRC since I have linux windows and mac lol so I want to be able to make sure I'm not to crazy.

Also I ran dual boot and also found the same results so I'm thinking the old macbook this the duo 2.4ghz with 4gigs of ram before the metal ones don't support opengl well?

Can you please show us a screenshot? I would like to see how exactly this looks, because the TMW graphic engine is supposed to be pixel-accurate. Any "loss of quality" is thus a graphic bug.

We have been receiving reports of maps not loading correctly, graphics not loading correctly.

Personally I think there is something wrong with the mac build of PhysFS

theme he is using

same thing happens on other OSes if you use that theme in software mode
