Antlers weigh 4kg each, and ManaMarket is a character with finite weight limit. ManaMarket's item list will be updated soon and also configured to refuse Antlers just as it refuses Itens. Meanwhile, I suggest you sell them directly.
The point with ManaMarket not having an entry for Antlers, nor the wiki either, was that I did not know the status of the item. It's odd to have such a heavy, sort of useless item (except for collecting) added into the game, without even an announcement (that I know of). So I had no idea if Antlers were a temporary or event thing, or maybe even released in error.
Unlike the Iten, there is no quest to support Antlers. And unlike the Jack-o-Lantern (1 kg), the Antlers are not well documented and released as part of content with a whole range of similarly themed items (the Jack-o-Lantern is part of a whole range of spooky stuff available for loot and purchase in The Inn).
In short, I had no idea of how rare Antlers actually were, are, and will be. I had no idea whether they were meant to drop, or will continue to drop, or for how long. I figured there was no harm in merchanting, and I chose a price range similar to other obscure non-equipped item oddities. I've seen Jar of Blood in ManaMarket put up for 100K, and that is less rare and better documented, and no one seemed to complain. Lost Dolls I've seen for 500K, and their drop rate is 50% from a quest boss that you can redo forever with alts.
As a small aside, Antlers are 3 kg each (I don't know if there is a specific weight cut off for MM or if it's decided on an ad hoc basis, nor do I want to steer the conversation in that direction), and their drop rate from Reinboo is 0.5%. I totally understand that ManaMarket is subject to weight concerns, although right now it is possible to sell 150 Iron Ore on ManaMarket at a time, which is 40 grams x 150 = 6 kg or double the weight of an Antlers. Maybe putting a weight limit on each person's single selling slot would be a good idea, if ManaMarket becomes too heavy to function properly.
