Sounds like you were moving/attacking while away from the game. That is considered botting, which is results in a permanent ban (you can request a character reset instead).

I've gone over the report proposed in this topic and the game and forum rules in regards to Shanks' being blocked from the game. In that report I didn't encounter any absolute reason(s) that would have qualified Shanks in being banned (while referring to the game and forum rules). Also, I've made strong speculations and reasons to be proposed in the current discussion disproving the weakly supported conjectures brought forth by a "judge" who was that of a one-person jury. Before receiving those reasons, Please, try to provide me with a realistic trial and jury including supporting evidence pertaining to the reason(s) of why Shanks has been banned and to give absolute facts proving that Shanks was in fact botting or performing any afk activities in game that have or may have damaged other in game players' gaming experience.

The fact that he did not reply and was attacking is the reason why he was banned. It's our only method of bot detection, but it works. And don't try to fool them with a chat bot, not even super computers can pass the Turing Test. Also, GMs are not picked just out of the crowd, they are picked because they are good trustworthy players and members of the community. Here is the better question, can you prove he WASN'T botting?
