If you're trying to make an account, use the webpage linked earlier. Otherwise, make a new thread under Bug Reports.

I already reported it in the general support section. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8780

If you make a new account using the web form you can not delete the characters on that account in the client. It will give you a error that says "error failed to delete character"

I have old accounts that work fine with the client but not the ones made using the web form registration process they will not delete by using the client.

It's been fixed. Next server update will include the fix.

Hi, im new at this game, i have been trying to make a new account so i can play this game but every time i try to make a new account on the webbased registration i get this error

"Connection to database failed!Access denied for user 'tmw'@'localhost' (using password: YES)"

what am i doing wrong?

I've tried two times through the website using two separate email accounts. I did this yesterday and never got a confirming email and when trying to login using the client the ID's are not recognized. The web registration did tell me to expect a confirmation email so I know I did everything correct and I double checked my email addresses.

I'm using Gmail if that matters and, yes, I already checked the "spambox" and the email isn't there either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same as Underdog, I use Gmail, there is no email and login is not created.

I'm also haven't received a confirmation email and can't log into the game. I'm using one of those @live accounts from msn.

I registered one in client, one on website. No confirmation emails yet ... This game looks really fun I hope I can play soon.
