Well if we get enough GMs it allows the other GMs to play instead of always GMing. It would be nice if people only had to volunteer once or twice a week, but currently it's almost constant GMing for any of the GMs. Plus the GMs can hold events so More GMs more Events. Not as far as I am aware...are you currently a member of a guild? If so, maybe have a talk with them and see if something can be arranged? If not, work at joining a guild, there are some listed on the wiki if you need to familiarise yourself with them.

The problems with bosspoints is that they aren't limited. Magic has a max of 8000xp therefore it's rather accurate however with bosspoints we can only guess how much people have and create messages for it.
