I think it's important first to define a group. Is a group only a party? Or is a group also when someone you don't even know suddenly starts attacking the creature you almost killed? I don't think the distance condition is needed. If Vulchers can't wait 10 seconds then they can kill something themselves. How would this system deal with groups attacking?

Couldn't we use the colour vaiations just to get something new in to the game. Then once the Artists have come up with something better we could use that. This isn't ideal, but it does keep things moving. Maybe reserve one colour as a WIP colour.

Monster Balancing

Can someone take a look at the xp given by monsters, and try to balance it some. The only ones that need balancing are the :
Yellow Slime (30 xp)
Snake(200xp)
Fire Goblin (maybe 1 more xp)

[NOT A BUG] stupid monsters

Monsters will target the first player to hit them. This allows other players to kill the monster while the first player runs away. This seems like cheating.

Could monsters target the last player to hit them instead?

The Guild System is on the TMW Wiki Site. The Technical information has been wiped out, but I'll re-create that soon enough. Please give any feedback you can.

Maybe Kyokai is over worked. Just checking out what's new, and found that there's a ton happening right now. Would anyone else volunteer to be my go-between until I get my SF account, and join the dev team? Should be middle of this week.
