Re: TEST: Orum and Waric follow-up quest
The area around sagatha being full of monsters is the result of completing the pentagram, I assume someone used the debug npc to skip the buggy fourth flower and do the later parts of the quest. No, the area around sagatha being full of monsters is not the result of using debug npc to skip the bugg...

Re: chipchip on mauve herbs
Did I accept that patch, or someone else? Because if I did, I might have overseen your suggestion, or didn't understand it. Because usually I try to address that kind of suggestion in some way... If you have the impression of being ignored, please feel free to ask again, sometimes things just slip ...

Re: chipchip on mauve herbs
Question: result of chichip can depend on map ??? Yes, it depends on maps. Actually, it depends on the name of the spawn area object of the map. Long ago, I submit a commit and fixed the problem of #chipchip not working on the newly added maps for mouboos because of typo in the spawn area name. Tha...

Re: Easter Event 2013
I saw no easter egg around Hurnscald, so I read the code, the code is exclusive for the two days, so it's really from March 23th to April 24th, I suppose this is a bug regarding the intension.Jenalya wrote:The Easter Event will start on March 22th and run until April 25th every year,

Re: Dear TMW Community.
What a mad world! Platyna, I know your feeling, and I also believe it's impossible for you to contribute to this project if the DNS is not set back into your server. But, I believe you can't change anything by posting again and again, almost stating the same thing. This drama happend a few days now,...

Re: Heya all, we need Scripters for LoF!
I was just curious if you want to develop new game based on ManaServ, why you need people familiar with magic.conf to replace magic into steamtech.
You decided to replace magic with steamtech in LoF-eathena too?

Re: New Spell Ideas and Revisiting Older Ones
Ok, thanks for the info. Just did another commit both in the server repo and the server data repo to eliminate the pc_id() function I added.o11c wrote:There's already fun_hash_entity for that.

Re: magic cleanup
I'm just curious: Why just embed Lua for magic implementation, and eventually replace eathena scripting by lua too?

Re: New Spell Ideas and Revisiting Older Ones
I introduced pc_id() and mob_master_id() functions into magic under https://github.com/qiuhw/tmwa/tree/expand_magic
and fixed the bug I mentioned regarding the change of #itenplz.
test and feedback is welcomed.

Re: New Spell Ideas and Revisiting Older Ones
I think everyone can agree that we owe thanks to tsukinokage, who seems to not be an active developer here, but a player... ? No, I'm not an (active) developer, I was an active player as a mage, and commit a few bug fix ocassionaly in the past. I never had the mood stronger than now to help, still ...

Re: New Spell Ideas and Revisiting Older Ones
I commit another change, which makes "#itenplz happily" ignore servant you summoned, but "#itenplz" behaviours just as before. The word happily is choose with no good think, you may suggest better words, and also feedback about other aspects is appreatiated. This commit requires ...

Re: New Spell Ideas and Revisiting Older Ones
I may not have time and/or mood to contribute to this project after I find a job. But at least I managed to spare some time today to implement the miteyo idea posted by Ledmitz (which is rather simple to implement). It can detect players that get betsanced and/or plughed. I think miteyo can't be use...

Re: New Spell Ideas and Revisiting Older Ones
I'm a bit fuzzy on how much magic level affects magic damage right now, but I believe it has some effect, so enabling magic up to level 5 right now could just end in mages being considered overpowered again. Or, even just having a rather boring magic experience, when there's no point in training ma...

Re: Feature or bug
I was stupied, I know there's language settings in the theme menu. And yes it can display Japanese input now, and also it can display a certain number of Chinese, since Japanese kanji and Chinese hanzi overlaped for quit a lot of character. But displaying of Asian character was never what I'm asking...
