TMW needs more equipment variety. And even when it sounds unintuitive, level requirements on items increase variety, not decrease it. We really need level restrictions for *all* items, though. no. thats the last thing we need. players should not be forced to play within a dev created box only wearing what devs want only leveling on what devs want at the pace devs want. which is exactly what total level requirements would accompli...

There's always the terranite caves, the desert mountains and mountain snakes(there's even some skeletons there in a cave now), Nivalis and the snow fields, etc. TMW is pretty big and much of that area is being ignored because the graveyard is such an easy grind when it's nerfed by mob penning. You have to realize, that even with a strong attack build, a constant supply of potions, levelling up at like 40k/minute (tops; usually it's more like 25-30), getting a few million experience points in a few hours (per day), it'll still take my level 96 rager like a month to level up.
