Don't worry, Crush. Most of the Linux guys will probably just compile from source. In light of this, it's still more convenient for the Ubuntu folk if someone builds a DEB package.

I think the cost per arrow is too high. You should be able to buy a bundle of them -- say, a quiver of 100 -- for a fixed price. I blew a lot of money on arrows and used them up in 10 minutes, at a tremendous net loss.

I could imagine, that youve installed more than one guichan package at once. Have you unistalled the debian packages of guichan too? I thought I had checkinstalled over the older package. Apparently, doing this did NOT remove/upgrade the original debian packages, probably because the package names ...
