Wouldn't it be sweet if TMW itself was a wiki! Every joe who had an idea to add could do-it-themself. User accounts with access restrictions, and version rollback would keep problems from happening if someone did something nasty. Every proposal could have its own source code file, and TMW and TMWSer...

I'm not a mind-reader (only a mind-guesser, and bad at that), but it sounds like you are indirectly trying to insinuate that the wiki is where ideas should be organized. I will concede that point, but... It doesn't sound like there is any really seriously good reason not to organize the forums a lit...
