The internet also has plenty of information, see http://www.cplusplus.com/ for example for C++ tutorials.

It's not in the directory where you installed TMW, it's in your user directory (the location of that directory varies per operating system).

Not that I know of; according to the wiki, luck is related to fighting (dodging attacks) so the items are dropped on a random basis (where each item has its own chance of being dropped).
