Ooops - I had been mistaking SW up for NW. I'll retify.It's a very nice monster, but it needs to have the light source from the South West direction.

This may seem like a completely pointless observation, but shouldn't the rock's shadows go \ that way rather than / that way? I.E towards us.

I always assumed he was holding the sword backwards in that image, yeah, as in the 'lightsaber' example it was shorter.
And yes, it does look a bit like he's hitting someone with a wrench

Disturbingly double-pointed sword
Apparently, we're in need of swords, so here's an idea for one. It looks basically like this: http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/8333/swordcx8.png Double pointed, kinda long and dreadfully hard to carry. :oops: But then so are 50 roasted maggots. The animation is based on the current swipe animation...

This tent should have the correct perspective. (It's 45 degrees, I cheated slightly, used a 3D program )

It was an experiment more than anything else. Anything bigger that around 60x60 suddenly becomes too complicated.
