the man made disease is called NSF..
you get it from the contrast dye they use for a MRI
and no I am not a HIV conspirator so that is the end of that

I feel a need to share to help me grieve. I laid my son to rest on November 22, 2008. He died from a horrible man made disease which he fought for 8 and a half years. I haven't played on this game for almost a week now, and don't know how much longer i will play. I have meet some great friends here ...
