it still gives the "no batch file/operable program/external/internal command"... should I try uninstalling it then reinstalling it?

it runs into an error and has to close it.

when I type twm in cmd.exe it says that it dosn't reconise it as an external or external command... was I suposed to type twm in there?

when ever I select a character and hit play, the loading map server bar goes up about three fourths of the way and the window closes for no reasion at all.
