Re: Melkior for GM
Why are you even voting on a poll that I requested be locked? Or do I not have the same rights as other candidates who aren't interested in the position and cannot request locking the topic?

Re: Melkior for GM
On the off chance this actually goes through (which is highly doubtful, but better to err on the side of caution), I respectfully request this topic be locked as I have no intention of being a part of TMWC again. As there is a candidate actually interested in the position, your time will be much bet...

Re: I must go, my people don't really need me
TMWC should be challenged in public by players, and not in secret. The committee is already too prone to doing things secretly.

Re: Update Procedure
maybe some admin with a more cautios view towards the player base should be in charge for that? There were suggestions in favour of such an approach. They were thrown out because one of the administrators is also a developer, and as such, possesses superior skills in determining whether an update s...

Re: I must go, my people don't really need me
Well, I've taken care of the technical side of things. I did not add you to the Advisor group nor remove you from the Tester group, let me know if I should change either of those. Thank you. I do not want to be an Advisor. I could not contribute as a member, therefore, I'll be even more useless as ...

I must go, my people don't really need me
It seems I am sentenced to writing walls of text. I apologise in advance. If it's any consolation, this is probably the last one in a while. It sucks to realise that you're not relevant anymore. It sucks even more when on top of that, you seem to be stepping on everyone's toes. And it seems everyone...

The level is reset to 1. We don't touch their items.

[BAN] Natashka for AFK botting
Player was killing monsters in the cave, but did not answer me on time. She stopped attacking when I appeared, but she kept healing herself as the monsters attacked her, so it was obvious AFK automation. A quick glance at the GM logs show that a character called Natashka had been banned 4 years ago ...

Re: The official server-move flamewar topic
I really wish this topic didn't exist. I think I have made a gross error in judgement when I replied to Platyna's last post, and I can't apologise enough for doing that. Bad habit, I guess, but that's not really an excuse. If Platyna wants to trawl through these forums and post everything that she t...

Re: The official server-move flamewar topic
I'm not too happy about that fight either, nor am I impressed with how TMWC functions, to be honest. I think it could do a lot better and in many areas it leaves a lot to be desired. My time here also predates TMWC. But I've also seen the internal discussions of the ex-GHP (thanks to my position as ...

Re: The official server-move flamewar topic
You know, we may have disagreements in the TMWC sometimes, some of them ugly, but each time you show up, all of those start looking completely irrelevant. TMWC, as flawed as it is, is outstanding when compared to the alternative, if that alternative is you.

As far as I know MediaWiki offers e-mail notifications for items on your watch list. This is either available by default or via plugin, depending on the MediaWiki version.

Re: Game Rules in Wiki
IMO it looks childish and is embarrassing when people who are supposed to be on the same team talk to one another in such manner. Honestly I don't care what both of you might think of this post either, I'm just saying what others are saying/thinking in private. I know. And I agree. But talking nice...
