repeating Crashes at login
Howdy,
I went into the the house north of saghata woods. Then my client crashed.
Now it crashes on each login. I can login to another char, so i think it has to do with the map.
I kindly request some help to get out there too.
greetings
jeto

Re: crashe at Katze cave
I can justify this on my macosx 10.6 with latest tmw.
Crashes if i enter cat-cave or login there (so i was stuck on macosx).
I had to use a linux to login and leave the cave. Now everything works.

Re: [GM Review] Scammers
In real life there is no one telling me about every scam out there, but when something seems to good to be true or out of place I know enough not to get caught up in it. I call that common sense. You can never regulate it so people don't have to use it. If its a deal to good to be true its cause it...

I just readed again trough my crash logs, and found out above error was new. The times BEFORE this (same thing, crash at exit), the crash logs have been different. It happened multiple times. Re: [GM Review] Scammers
Its one thing to scam someone one time or alike. But i seen people do it systematicaly with new players. I think this is wrong and hurts the comunity relay bad. Some people just don't know the game. They may be new to online gaming at all. Scamming them will just kill the comunity. I play this game ...

Re: Crash at exit
This would explain why it doesn't happen all the time just a few times.
Usualy i say bye in chat to friends and log off. Could be they try answer while i exiting.

Re: Aspire One again
Maybe it installed g++ to somewhere strange (eg, not in the searchpathes)
try "which g++"
if this doesn't tells you where it was installed, try
"find / -name 'g++' -print" to see where it went to.
If this too does't finds anything, your install was bad.

Re: Can We Reduce "Botting" ?
Uhm, a idea i thinked when i made some jokes..
"Skull, if i were you, i would run now."
Why don't skulls run away when they are low on heal? STUPID skulls!
but this could actualy be a anti-bot thing. Make monsters try run..botters wont run after them.

Re: My resignation from being TMW host.
Why do People DDOS this game? What they gain? I hate you all DDOSers. Go DDOS someone who EARNS it, there are enough worthy targets on this world. You may even gain fame, here you only gain hate. Good work with hosting platyna, I never thinked those DDOS are actualy THIS big, so you did a good Job :...

MacOS: drop protection protects my own drops...
This happened to me like 3 times in a short time. I was alone in the skull room, when i got a black glove drop. But when i tried pick it up, i got the "Unable to pick up item" message. I then died...so i can't tell if i could take this one up later. A little later (same place) i got a fanc...

Re: Should an admin promote his family members for eg. GMs?
I don't think a admin should suggest a family member just because he likes him/her....But if he thinks the relative would do a good job....why not suggest...he can then be tested. If a Admin suggest a relative even if that one lacks the skills to be GM....well, bad luck, he will fail (or else the ga...

Minor "Connection Lost" Interface Bug
I don't know if this happens on Windows or Linux, i would assume so. Usualy if the client has some modal window open (login, press ESC to exit, etc) I can hit enter to confirm it. If I loose connection to the server (Something like "Connection lost, this client will quit now"), this doesnt...
