You can resize it to anything you like. If you are using windows. Open config.xml in c:/DocumentsandSettings/User/.tmw user is your user directory please replace it with your username or whatever your directory is. then simply find screenheight and screenwidth and change them to the desired settings...

Well IMHO I think it looks like you took the sprite from RPG maker recolored it and cut off the head and pasted a new one on along with a weapon. The color style gives it away as the head and trident have more saturation than the body as well as the all black outline. The spacing on the sprite shee...

Are you sure this is 100% your own work and GPL and not redrawn from a copyrighted work. The body looks very similar to this.

Add more texture and some oars. Looks like it may need some AA as well as the outline looks a little jagged IMO. Looking good I would however not make the tail on the chocolate bunny transparent or so light seeing that it is chocolate it wouldn't be a real puff tail anyways it would in fact be solid.
