I partially agree with Nard here. We will have to adjust the items.xml a bit to protect Nubbins and Drunk veterans from accidentally dropping stuff they might want in Hurnscald. But also disagree as Trading opens the player up to the same level or jerk player. So I still say allow drops & let the G...

Its against the rules to be playing 2 characters simultaneously. It is automation, which is against the rules. If its not automated, GMs will give you the opportunity to prove otherwise. It is a simple test.

Any GM intervention is a potential player gone, Correct. Nobody comes on server to see how cool GMs are.
