Ah, OK then. I associated deathmatch with PvP.
When you want people to help you, you might want to be a bit more specific about what kind of help you need. Do you have some specific problems with the script and/or the item you need to know how to solve or do you need someone to do these completely?

Re: Day and night system and some ideas for Tmw
The easy solution would be to just add a dark overlay when it's night. This could be done with very little effort. But overlays have proven to be quite unpopular with the community. Looking at the screenshots people post, most people seem to deactivate them. The mappers also seem to dislike them: ma...

Re: [MOB] Snake Guardian
Why the checkboard dithering? TMW supports 32bit color depth. When you want to give it texture, it usually looks better to not use checkboard dithering but rather to place pixels randomly. Also, the shading on the head looks strange. This is how you shade a spherical object: http://piq.codeus.net/st...

Re: isometric help
Are the visible grid lines between the tiles intentional (for example as a visual aid for a tile-oriented strategy game) or are you looking for advise to get rid of them (for a higher immersion)?

Re: Thoughts about exploration
When allowing players to interact with the world, always keep two things in mind: 1. there are multiple players in the world who all want to interact with it - in the worst case simultaneously 2. a small amount of these players are trolls who will abuse anything they can to annoy other players For a...

Re: The Mana World on Wikipedia
The attempt in 2008 was not the only one. There were several tries to add an article about TMW to the English Wikipedia. They all failed due to lack of reputable and independent sources. When you want to write an article for the English Wikipedia, it is not enough to write what you know about the to...

Re: Feature Request: SKYTLURK
The first thing you need to learn about pixel are is how to shade a sprite. Then some color theory - 100% saturated colors are almost never a good idea, and pure black is rarely appropriate either.TRGN wrote:Is anybody helping me make the skytlurk?

Re: My Suggestion
1- Place the game on pvp between players, respecting some places as the central cities and novice players . 2- And having pvp between players killing each other that one can pick up fallen ints them. We have a PvP area in the game. Looking at the drama it creates, it might not be a good idea to ext...
