Didnt this thing have a variable that needs to be renewed each year for the annual (xmasyear or so)? It was manually set in a debug npc in that "enter if you can" house in hurnscald iirc.

no. he has not been banned *as a person/player* but he has been banned as being part of the group of people that have to use tor/vpn/whatever to connect to tmw because isp/government makes them jump through hoops. Correct me if i'm wrong.
