The north-south frames do not match the east-west frames at all. In the North-south frames he is almost sitting, while in the east-west frames he is almost standing. I'm not sure about the windows. The outside tileset shows them locked, with shutters in front of them. Also they are simple doors to transport goods through them. Looks good. There is one thing that really bothers me though, and that is the diagonal iron beam. It looks like it's cutting the wooden beam in 2 parts, while this part must be 1 part to be strong. Which direction do you want the boat to point to? north, east, south, west? I think either north/south will work best though. Also the crane is designed to be animated / rotated, which is why it doesn't really fit inside the tiles and had to add one tile extra around it that contains just a few pixe...
