I am not finding anything in the Wiki manual that explains that, or any of those bars. I would not expect one of those shortcuts to USE the potion. I left many if not all keyboard bindings to default as it makes easier to allow players to help each other. But, when not chatting, I use a PS3 controller since I started the game. bakai, if you have a bluetooth keyboard or controller try using it.
I know that it may be a pain to use on a mobile or a tablet but it may work.
USB OTG adapters could work too but may deplete battery too fast especially with small or old devices.

It's something I attempted to do in the past but I gave it up because of the automatic ban and because I do not have enough shortcut keys available on the PS3 controller.
I hope people would like to use Mumble again so voice chat can be used instead.
