Central heating here in Russia! But then I'm looking at these houses in Greece, so I guess I'll need a fan and air conditioning, and not heating but an electric heater will do the trick in winter... I guess.

Eh, the crowbar is sort of a modern item, I guess it would look somewhat out of place in a medieval fantasy inspired setting, unless as an easter egg/Half-Life reference somewhere.
