You can leave Nivalis via boat.
When you leave the village to the east, you can come to the beach, where is a NPC called Frozenbeard. He can bring you back for 500 GP.

Hello, I've heard ingame from another player (from who i think, he wouldn't tell nonsense), that a GM told him, that Rule 7 was removed. But in the rules thread as well as in the Ian script, the NPC who tells the rules ingame, rule 7 is still mentioned. So I would like to ask: Does rule 7 still apply?

Afaik, the reason why this rule was introduced was to make it fairer for single account players. I considered the rule was introduced especially to prevent advantages for multiboxing users in pvp, because the rule was introduced a short time after 12-4 came in game and caused a lot of discussions -...
