Re: Art Lead
Actually, you made run away many artists that know about pixel art with your comments and your "it's not good" or "the shadow is completly wrong" even when it was not that bad, so a part of that responsability is yours, people fed up of your attitude left you here alone. you eve...

Re: Art Lead
You've assuaged my worries that TMW would have no artists who really knew anything about pixel art, and I'm now fully confident that it will be a better-looking game without me (not to mention that things will actually get drawn). I guess I won't have to lurk anxiously around the forums now.

A few things I had lying around
There's not a great deal and I don't know any of it would be of any use, but here it is anyway. Start of removing detail from the Thermin set and changing the designs of things: http://i1135.photobucket.com/albums/m630/wesayers/Old%20TMW%20Stuff/map.png Inside to the large tree (not pixel art): http...

Pushed. Thanks hal9000 for these very definite improvements, and Ali-G for removing the snow.

Re: [WIP] New Desert Tileset
I don't see the image I think you meant to link or you removed it. Should be fixed. You should start off with a 16x16 set when you have enough to make one then branch off onto another. Are there any tilesets that have more than that anyway? All I'm saying is please let me handle the tileset constru...

The colour of the city walls really needs to change. How does this look?
Len's cliffs would be vastly preferable to these, too:

The news article is likely true, but that doesn't mean the Kemerovo region is correct.

Re: Can Any1 tell me more about peon and warrior and whateve
They are simply indications of how many posts the user has made. IIRC, Newly Registered User is 0 - 19, Peon is 20 - 99, Novice is 100 - 499, Warrior is 500 to 999, and Knight is 1000+. The only one that means anything more is the first, Newly Registered User; they don't have the ability to vote on ...

Re: 3 New Quests
The Dark Talisman itself wouldn't be used for this. As for a similar (much less powerful...) item, it'd be entirely possible have an equip script similar to the ones for GM and unreleased items that unequipped it again if you hadn't completed the quest.

Reward chat moderators with GP? Not a good idea.truepurple wrote:Also we could have a few trusted monitors from the players that have mute powers. They could be rewarded with some regular gold or something.

Everything that Reid said. I wouldn't consider this quite finished.
Tags like this will not be used for NPCs, but take note anyway that the font you are supposed to use for them is Silkscreen.

Re: [REQ] Wolf Monster
The animation, while not perfect, is looking pretty nice now. The main thing I'd like to see fixed is the tail, which stays curving more or less upwards throughout the sequence. It'd be nice if it look furrier, too, like this: http://the-wolfs.webs.com/gray-wolf.jpg The shading is still somewhat abs...

Re: [DIS] GM and DEV robes?
Developer's Caps should not be given as rewards, but it seems to me that recently this is how they are used. A robe will not further aid identification but will increase the appeal of developing for a reward, which I don't like at all. GMs need much more to identify themselves and a full-body unifor...
