Hmm, just suggestion, instead of trying to draw scale textures on that small sprite, why not make simple snake skin motifs like diamonds or stripes?

Look scary.
But yeah, its tail look sliced at the tip in some frame, and there is odd black pixels when it moves. Also when it's moving south, the hand movement looks awkward.

To be perfectly honest i don't see that as a problem, in TMW the "elite" is quite big, look at the copter beanie, it is not super rare, because so many people have managed to get 5k boss points, the higher bp for those items that this would give would make it slightly harder to get, but g...

In addition, the classic way to prevent trading certain items is by making them untradable. So if a player receive them, these items will bind to his/her character (restricted to name and or ID), thus making them unusable by other. lol what a conspiracy theory. XD I have no idea of how to introduce this mob ingame. Maybe we can make it dyeable like chocolate bunnies for Easter or Christmas, or use it for a future pet system. Aww... That's cute. I like it. But, i don't really know about overall tmw graphic style. So I just want to point out about its size and color. It's about 2/3 size of a tmw character height, right?
