Re: Reorganization: Finally! But what and how?
I plan to be part of the client mantainers, so count me in. I already started some thinking about restructuring our git repositories and keeping them up to date with manasource ones. At this time I'd really like to see a draft of an organizational chart for the TMW project. People are really startin...

Re: [DIS] Items - Equipment
I fail to understand where the color scheme is meant to be applyed.
Do we want it to be used only as a classification system (and so how this could help us improving the quality of the game), or should it be part of the gameplay, in particular visible in game?

Re: [DIS] Items - Drops
1) Usually I think monsters dropping money it's quite a bad idea as having them drop a plate armor. They should really only drop some of their parts, raw materials (wood and leaves for plants, iron ores for golems?). I do agree though that collecting useless stuff only to be sold is quite a boring s...

Re: The walls of Tulimshar
Should we replace the old ones in the future? I really hope so, those tiles really improve quality of our current desert which as you remember is the first settlement we had and is still a mix of styles (some of the tiles are mine and disgusting :P ). If we plan to have serious redoing of the deser...

Re: A change in the organization of things
So if I understood it correctly, all the developers are moving to manasource.org and we need to create a solid team to keep server.themanaworld.org up to date with development and correctly managed as a production server. Anyone willing to join me on this task? Can I take this as you stepping up a ...

Re: [WIP] Tileset and mapping - CR1 - AxlTrozz
Nice progress indeed, and what I really like we are really starting to plan before doing and that's good. My only concern is we're concentrating lots of ideas on a settlement which should be quite simple (don't misunderstand me, I don't mean to remove details). In my opinion there are so many specia...

Re: [WIP] Tileset and mapping - CR1 - AxlTrozz
I prefer the Irukard 2 design - mostly because of its clear linear path from academy to village to adventuring grounds without confusing forkings the newbies will get lost in (the lagoon so soon after the academy exit is still a weak point - maybe force the players to go through the village first)....

Re: [DIS] pixelart priorities
Should all the developers try to make the contributors to focus in the CR1 instead of accept and promote things like armors and hats due to the changes on the charset? If CR1 is maybe the first organized effort for TMW to get high quality content, we should promote all get involved. That should be ...

Re: new npc
Really good start, I'd say almost complete.
Just a notice about his right hand which seems not well defined in the lower part.
Also his right foot seems as if it's going a little too much inward.

Re: [REQ] Port town addons
Thinking ahead, why don't we provide a network of lighthouses?
I mean cities sharing the same sea could have one light source which is then sent from lighthouse to lighthouse by reflection/diffraction of the crystal.
This way, ships at night could also be guided by the beam to reach the other town.
