as far as speed of sprite ...you may be able to do this on the art side of thing... trick the eye in to making it seem faster then it is by moving the off-set a little and adding trails to show "fast"...so when its needed (runing or something)it would have the sprite have on its tile(like ...

look good to me ...the only thing i would change is add a bit of yellow to high-lights....but not to be over done a little would do it....imo

If you prefer to just reuse existing frames, then suggest a good sequence. Right now, I just don't see any frames that would work. Any of the swing attack sequences would work as is. Waving a wand as if you are hitting the air is just as good as that superfluous meditating pose. For any kind of off...

To avoid awful products I think we need a colaborative work between both parts (Coders/Artists) and documentation enough as to provide some guideliness. A coder could find easy to apply dyable features directly from .xml, but not necesary an artist, also artists can understand better how color pall...

here is a look a the female-tank-top...(done 40%)
i would like feed back and/or help on the edits being done on equipment..(its not hard to do ,and is a good way to learn about pixeling)....this is alot of work for one too do alone...
