Re: Pb with rings stats
We've been getting quite a few reports about something broken like this, no sure evidence whether it is a bug in tmwa or manaplus yet.

Re: Please rocket launcher!
Is there any art for this?
Is there any guide on how it fits into the existing mythology?

Re: Global Chat
Chat channels are a feature I've been planning a while (I have a post somewhere with details), and the work I just finished in the last update means that there are no longer any major blockages for them (just hook up a new persistence database and write a little glue code). But I lost a *lot* of ste...

If you're using a server with GM privileges, this can happen if you have @hide on.

Mumble mumble, those should be mob_db_0_19.txt so they collate properly ...
The reason you get different actual exp is because of the 4x50% mutations, which each call `mob_mutate`, this line in particular:

Re: I can't update files.
We're going to roll back this change. It is quite reasonable to support the latest client on a distro with a 6-month release cycle. No promises about distros with a slower cycle or distros. My original proposal for manaplus included this: https://forums.themanaworld.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&p=12940...

Re: North America: Fishing in Rivers
People fish in the Columbia and its tributaries all the time without worrying about it. That's not to say it's as clean as it was pre-invasion, but it's nowhere near as bad as some.
The biggest concern is probably the nuclear waste.

Re: TMW Ring Changes and questions about past updates
Any player who's been around for long knows that it is *really* easy to get Yeti Mask, Pumpkin Helmet, and Axe Hat (which also works for the quest even though it doesn't cover the face). If it's on ManaMarket for at an expensive rate, that's only the nature of capitalism for you - marketing can conv...

Votes don't matter, what matters is who's going to do the work.
Code work, plot work, and balance work.

What I like best about it is "Who is online - 1" - manaplus sees a single user called "No user is online".Crazyk8e wrote:After one of the server restarts and nobody else was online, and apparently I wasn't either
