There are a two things I definitely miss, and they are the following: o Add a fading text telling you how much exp you gained from the monster, just like the damage ones o Add some sort of notification how much HP the monster has, or at least how much % HP it has left... even if it wasn't showing ex...

About the loot-stealing rule: Isn't it possible to make the player who killed the monster (or dealt the most damage) to auto-pickup the loot? Or instead, show a list of items found with the ability to pick them up, before dropping them on the ground, so that noone else sees those items, and thus can...
