You can have a reset of levels and keep your items, but that's all we can do for you at this point. Thanks for understanding and I hope you will still have a lot of fun on tmw, but without AFK fighting of course.

I found basilisk AFK fighting so she/he was banned for one year (meant as a permanent ban) but may ask for a reset.

Dreaq was banned for botting but may ask for a reset.

I can understand that you find this annoying, but I see no evidence of abuse in the screenshot you posted. He used a bad word but it was not directed at your person, and he said he won't talk to you anymore.

Do you have any better screenshots?

I think it could be a good idea for you to start a server in your own language. Then you can be GM on that server.
