The danger of a "new style" is that we will have to re-do everything to fit with the new style. For now we should focus on developing the main peices of the game that we need and haven't done yet.

(I do like the new style, but we should wait a bit before switching)

I'm already making some changes, so I'll look at GUICHAN and see what I need to do to make it more compatable.

Otherwise I'm thinking of custom code for this. I already have it in mind of what we need. :)

I agree, we need to stick to an existing game as a model like RO. That way there is no confussion about Game Play, Controls, etc.

We can always change things later but it will be easier to change things once we get everything working first. :wink:

This week has been really busy for me as well, but I should have some free time this next week to finish up the GUI. SimEd did some coding work already and it seems to be working fine. Him and I should be able to get the new GUI done in time for the Xmas release.
