Re: Purpose of GMs
If you need a guide, you are not supposed to be a GM at all. To some extent you are correct. If a person is made GM they should already have the experience needed to handle issues that come up. They should know what the rules are BEFORE they are made GM. However, a guide would help get all the GM's...

Re: Please adjust the mountain snakes Possible [Spoiler]
The solution to the mountain snake issue is to adjust stats for archery and team up with a mage. Stats: Nothing on strength, everything on dex, luck, and vit. 99 dex is best. Don't even bother putting too much on luck and vit because if you have a mage to help he/she can heal you if you don't/can't ...

Re: The New Server FAQ
Have you considered doing a "nightly build" release on the new server? Just a basic buggy build that we can all test without having to compile. On the other side maybe that is a bad idea, but it has worked for a lot of other open source projects. ~anyway, just a suggestion, feel free to di...

Re: Purpose of GMs
The problem is that every time somebody tries to start a thread about such a "code of conduct" it turns into a flaming troll war.
For that matter most things relating to The Mana World turn into a flaming troll war at some point.

Re: Fur and Centaur sketch
Very impressive!
I am very impressed by the fact that you put together such a complete collection of art / XML and everything. I would love to see this in game. I do agree, though, that the edges are a little bit grainy. Other than that it looks good.

Re: A Guide to Shims
When I am looking for a romantic or sexual relationship I do it offline. On the net I treat all people the same, no matter what gender they are. I judge people by their actions and skills, not by their gender. I don't even want to know the gender of the people I interact with, be it their sexual, m...

Our world map looks terrible. We ought to create a good looking stylized map based on stitching together all the mini-maps.
hey...
Maybe that is something I could do.

Google translations says: "Hello is not whether there is an English forum esp tell you upload some very good pictures so that you use in the game if you wish you, and climb more" Interesting pictures but the perspective is off on all of them, and I'm sure that they were ripped from somewhe...

I think green cloth with a plain leather collar similar to the one on the front would look good.

Patame I like the new version very much. However, I feel that the foreshortening on the road should be fixed. Currently the road stays really wide as it goes back into the distance. However, judging from the scale of the desert buildings/waterfall it goes back quite far into the distance. Therefore ...

Re: Some changes i see fit.
I have to agree. Amazing work on typing all that up. I doubt it will be implemented in this pretesting version of the game, though, because everything will change when the first real version on TMW server is released. It sounds like you want to tie all those extra skills in with magic. If so then th...

Re: Iron Versus Ordinary Arrows
Personally I have 99 dex so almost no arrows are wasted. Also, I like to work in the mines with other people, in cases where extra damage equals extra exp. Still, though, I have to admit that you do have a good point with regard to using normal arrows and then using the extra money for potions. I'll...

Re: Auto pick up illegal?!?
people have been using this one for botting to its why we have so many lvl 99 players around now. They have TMW in one corner botting and surfing the web at the same time. If someone talks to them they reply while the bot does its work. That is going to change with the next version of TMW. From wha...
