We wanted to differenciate it from the "escape" sound. The chime makes the player understand he succeeded in catching something.

The knife, on both images, seems to be okay. On the bench it's not floating in the air, so I don't see any problem there.
Furthermore, I don't see why the player would be holding his knife in his hand while sitting, as he is resting, not fighting.
