Downscaled art, unfortunately, almost always looks rubbish and it is very unlikely that anything created in this way will be suitable for use. i would have to disagree...Downscaled art is useful if done right...there are silly filter trick that can get fast results,after Downscaled art its good to ...

a easy way around this is to show your work as you build it...this can also stop problems before they are big problems.....this may mean more posting along the way.. oh and btw i like your art x420 and think you could add to this game a lot..but SHOW YOUR WORK... ((words i never wanted to say :x ......

dont over think it imo ...its just the a flame and moves with no real form ...dont over think it or you will get stuck in the details..we have a saying where im from "the devil is in the details"

Wow you really outdid yourself skipy!! You got the blur on the hands PERFECT! They look smokey/undefined in a very eery way. The contrast in definition compared to the other parts which are more blurry creates a creepy effect that seems to rattle in the back of your primal mind. It still needs some...
