GM nomination rules change

Hello players. After discussing this with you, the TMW committee has decided to change the GM nomination rules. The number of yes-votes required to be considered as a GM has been reduced from 60 to 45. This decision retroactively affects all GM polls created after the server move (March 9th 2013).
