Forums upgrade and migration 2018-03-18

The forums have been migrated from OVH to Azure, and have been upgraded from phpBB 3.0.14 to phpBB 3.2.2. We're temporarily running on the default theme until an updated theme is available. If there is anything apart from this that seems odd or in need of fixing, please let us know.
Wiki, registration, and tmwAthena will also be migrated soon.

I like the new one. It wasn't long until you fixed the theme to match the old one. Good job making the change as transparent as possible.

Just one small nitpicking thing: I don't like it that the navbar has opacity 0.9 when I scroll down...

I used
http://www.colorizeit.com which has limited functionality. In order to change just the brown text to a darker brown and the opacity of the navbar, one needs to edit the css file directly. The colour for the text should be #6f0e06
