Hi Vasily!
The Demon race received a lore retouch and became the Fire Kralogs. All new races that were available for Evol will be in the game.

If I understand correctly, you do need to be reborn to be able to play it.

Your level will remain on Legacy, and on the new server, you'll begin with level 1 with extra options unlocked depending on how far you went.

Level < 90:  

   Player will begin with zero experience in both base as job levels.
   Player will start with their levels reset, in the same place that Doomsday Act 5 will 
end.

Level 90-99:
    Player will begin with zero experience in both base as job levels.
    Player will start REBORN, in the same place that Doomsday Act 5 will end.

Well there are 2 new servers now. rEvolt as reborn and Evolved IS TMW... so you both lose AND keep stuff depending on where you are playing at the time, plus whatever surprises are on rEvolt.

I'm sorry, I'm still not understanding the reason to lvl to 90.

You have more option with regard to what type of race you pick if you're reborn (races have different stat boosts depending on job level). For example, elves get greater boosts to AGI and INT (based on job levels), while orcs are more STR oriented.
