I make a instaler for this version (compiled with opengl) with nsis....
If anyone want it, tell me your email and i send it for you (because i dont have hosting).

three little details:
1) you forgot to include iconv.dll (one can just copy over an old one from a .14 install though)
2) your included config.xml isnt really needed, but doesnt hurt either
3) the installer is in spanish/portuguese - english would've been better, i think
but apart from that, everything seems to work fine.
