Nelson it needs either a theme or plugin that respects mobile. If you google Mediawiki mobile you will see the options.

Well at least the Wiki is not mobile friendly.

Forum has been made mobile and responsive.
Login -> Account Settings -> Board preferences -> My Board Style -> Either BBOOTS (mobile) or tmw3 (old theme)
