[DIS] Post limit for voting in GM polls

I thought they vote for a lower limit (like 10 or so), but you do need to post some more (but no spammage xD) :alt-0:

I actually could not find a way to lower the limit below 20 posts. It might just be me, but I think it's hardcoded given the fact that's how "newly registered users" are defined in phpbb.
