The forum rules still state that at least 20 posts are needed in order to be able to vote in a GM poll. Could someone please clarify?

I don't know the technicallities about how this specific feature works (if it works, at all). Couldn't find it anywhere on ACP or Google, so I need help

Seems like in the past (9 years ago, so it problably has changed by now) users got a different user group after 20 posts, and that usergroup had or didn't had permissions to post, create topics, vote in polls, etc, in the GM poll forum. There are more topics out there about changing the post limit several times, but they didn't go into detail how they implemented the post limit.

What is the question here? The reason why we have the limit is because people would make throwaway accounts to boost their friends' polls with fake votes.

It seems like this was disabled in the settings, possibly by accident. I have re-enabled it. If the discussion is now about lowering the threshold or removing it alltogether then let me know.

Reid said she changed it to 10, but the forum rules still show 20.

i don't think that post amount still counts cause i was able to vote....

As I told you before in another post, Jesusalva, TMW collects different people from different countries with different cultural and social backgrounds. Kytty for example, used to be a quite talkative person in TMW but she refused to connect to Mumble server stating that she is shy. That lead me to think that she probably is less prone to post things on forums or interested to register in contexts where lot of discussions are made.
There are players who just play without seeking interactions with other humans.
There are players who likes to spam chats with pictures of exploding puppies...




I wonder who can do such horrible things to puppies...

I don't believe there are explosive puppies, otherwise they would have been used at the war.

I mean, poisoned roses were; Why explosive puppies wouldn't be?
