If you are lucky enough to win and event, thats it, once you win you are out of the rest of the events,
and that includes alts.

I don't know what kind of events you have in mind, but please let everyone participate

I'm pretty sure he meant that you would not be eligble to win a second primary reward (mask/hat). You can still run around killing any spawned mobs, or doing whatever else along side everyone else.

That is indeed what i meant, i want to spread the hats around, make more people happy.
