Don't expect to get support for some third-party patch in here that wasn't commited to mainline.

Short answer is no.

You will need to download the source files, and compile them.

Google compile fedora. And the source. http://tmw.cetki.com/download/1.0.3.8/

But do not be suprise if it does not work.
