Getting into the cave is a quest.
You do all the Quests in Tulimshar -> in the right order (old newb quests included)
Then you talk to the soldier that is standing outside of tulimshar. Sergant blabla who gives tells you what to do.

Well ... that means to re-start the whole old stuff, following the Quests-Wiki for some of us.
That implies a basic change in scripted-quests and character progression, isn't it ?
