I never tought tmw would be alive after so many years, are old accounts (c. 2008) still active?

Welcome back!
The server that hosted us at that time needed to do routine purges
of older accounts to stay workable. So your account from that time
may have been purged.
We are now on a reliable server and purges are no longer needed.

Would 2009 account do? Actually I'm happy to see quite many old time players revisiting TMW from time to time.
