Hi, I'm a dev looking to contribute but the mantis captcha seems to be broken. Any way around this? Can it be repaired?

I'm glad you want to jump on board.

As for Mantis, you'll probably want to rather register on the manasource Mantis:
http://bugs.manasource.org/login_page.php
which is the mantis part for almost everything related to development of The Mana World client and servers, except for specific content linked to TMW.

Yet, the fact that registering on the TMW-Mantis is broken should be fixed ASAP.

For client and manaserv stuff, the Mana bug tracker is where things should go. For TMW content, TMW's bug tracker is the place.
