Hello , how to put my server online ? How much should I pay for HD ?

configure the map_local.conf and char_local.conf files correctly.
if you have a router forward the ports 5122, 6122, 6901
That is all I can help you with.
Also if its not obvious the conf files are located in the conf folder which is located in eathena-data.
