I know a lot of people loved halloween's shock candies, and the new white hair color, so why not a similar candy or potion to turn our hair pink? It could even be a love potion that "fails" or something.

If the pure sappy cuteness of this idea isn't enough to sway you, let me ask you this: How long do my pink boots have to lie unmatched by my hair? Can you really let that injustice stand? Go Pink!

My idea goes something like this, for a quest:

Wyara (or alternately Caul, I suppose), wants to try making a special love potion for Valentine's Day, and needs some help gathering appropriate ingredients. Wyara makes more sense as the NPC to me, as she has some magic, and could probably change properties of silly items to match.

The items should be appropriately themed, so what I was thinking was this: Should this idea be used, the quest could be left on for a couple days, and at the end the reward would depend on what items you gave. Players would collect chocolate (to sweeten), roses (for romance), cherries (for lust), and diamonds (a girl's best friend! - this could also be Wyara's payment haha) to make a batch of Love Potion. This potion would be a failure, and will turn the drinker's hair pink.

Alt idea: for fun, if something more was desired, players could give the wrong items to Wyara for a potion with unstable results (ideas welcome). Either a suicide potion (Romeo and Juliet style!), a hormone potion (gender switch w00t), or anything else that fits.

Honestly I just wanna see the pink hair potion in game, but the more ideas and the better thought out, the more chance of it getting in, so feedback is encouraged .

The idea is quite nice indeed. Just to make you know, chocolate is maybe needed to be redone. For example a heart-shaped box with a lot of chocolates, i'm sure you already saw that. Other thing, roses, cherry and diamond are already made !!

This lets us make:
- A Love Potion
- A heart-like Chocolate
- Maybe a new NPC

The ingredient list is just an example, other things could be added or substituted of course. I just figure this would be a short term kind of quest, so there should be some kind of challenge to it - so maybe she could recite a poem (not like the bowler hat one! ) and each line hints at an ingredient... Ideally it would be like when Agostine wants a drink, and you can choose between any beverage - you choose from the menu, and proceed when it's right.

Ali-G: I don't think a new npc would be needed, I thought the quest up so it wouldn't take much artwork to be done. This way, it's a potion so Wyara is a suitable npc, plus someone could easily recolor an existing potion bottle, like the mana potion, to be the love potion. I figured the less work it would take, the more likely it could be put in game . I have no experience doing pixel art whatsoever, so anyone who wants to help with this is welcome .

Ali-g... How many time we need to say that? No need to recolor an item, we can do that directly on the items.xml.... With something like that :
what is after the '|' will say which color need to be changed and which dye to use for this.

G = the dye (here it's Green) which need to be changed.

O man! GIMP freezed and I loosed my love potion :O coming back in 10min!

This one is recolorable This is one is colored from the first one.

I think the potion should be dark red (too many pink potions!), unless there's another potion with the same color on the item db. In that case, whatever works.

A darker color can be done from the green one. Does the shape fit?
