I wish I can compile and develope the project on the foreda but
the document are all about Debian.Can I work on the foreda?

What the heck is "foreda"? Do you mean "Fedora" the Linux distribution? TMW should compile and run on all linux distributions as long as the necessary libs are installed. you can of course create a fedora specific RPM when you like.
